Leading Specialty Bakery is looking for Junior Quality Systems Technician or Manager

 

Location: Toronto/Scarborough

 

1)     Verification of quality systems, GMP and HACCP documentation.

2)     As part of GMP program; maintain labels, formulas/recipes and monitor product development projects.

3)     Supervise cleaning crew and day porters.

4)     Coordinate and monitor PM schedule for Saturday mechanic.

5)     Monthly safety inspection for JHSC together with employee JHSC member.

6)     Provide GMP training to staff as required.

7)     Process consumer and customer complaints and implement CAR as required.

 

Background of Candidates:

 

  • Bachelor of Science in food science
  • Or two to three years experience of relevant work in a food manufacturing facility
  • QA systems and food processing experience
  • Bakery/confectionary experience
  • Advanced excel knowledge
  • HACCP proficient
  • Supervisory experience
